IL PROGETTO IN 4 CLIC
A BRIDGING PROJECT
to accompany students with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders towards job placement
The "ALL INCLUSIVE: Let's overcome in Safety" project is financed by the Italian Autism Foundation, with the aim of testing operational tools to support the job placement and PCTO pathways of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, also considering the overcoming of obstacles resulting from safety courses.
The research is aimed at students of classes III, IV, V of high schools, with a special focus on girls and boys with neurodevelopmental disorder.
Technological support, through the creation of simulated enterprise video-scenarios, represents the innovative aspect of the project, through which good practices on work safety and indirect experiences of work tasks can be provided.
The aim is to improve the employability and support the job placement of girls/boys with autism spectrum disorder at the end of their school career.
