Intersectional practices of work orientation and digital innovation for professional learning - Building communities of teachers as agents of inclusion
The Training Course "Intersectional practices of work orientation and digital innovation for professional learning - Building communities of teachers as agents of inclusion", promoted by the University of Siena, is one of the results of the project "All Inclusive: Let's overcome in Safety" funded by the Italian Autism Foundation.
Training Objectives
The Course intends to provide the conceptual and methodological tools for the construction of innovative Pathways for Transversal Competences and Orientation (PCTO), capable of adopting intersectional lenses to support the professional learning processes of students with neurodiversity.
The regulations and practices of work placement of people with disabilities are the focus of the training course, with particular reference to the work orientation experiences of people with neurodiversity and intellectual disability. The pragmatic aim of the course is to build a community of teachers acting as Learning Professional Job Advisors.
